Certain programs may be delivered in India or internationally.

Availability, eligibility requirements, duration, location, curriculum, assessment requirements, and fees may vary depending on the program.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under the laws applicable to you.

Certain specialized or practical training programs may have additional age, identification, professional, medical, licensing, legal, or eligibility requirements.

UNIT 21 GROUP reserves the right to request identification or other relevant documentation where reasonably required for enrollment, regulatory compliance, safety, or program eligibility.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that course descriptions, duration, learning outcomes, fees, schedules, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, course content, instructors, schedules, training locations, modules, or delivery methods may occasionally be modified where reasonably necessary for operational, educational, safety, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Any significant change affecting an enrolled student will be communicated using the contact information provided during registration.

Applicable course or service fees will be displayed on the relevant course, registration, quotation, invoice, or payment page.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.

Depending upon the customer's country and the program selected, prices may be displayed or charged in INR or another supported currency.

The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, foreign exchange charges, bank charges, card charges, or other charges imposed by their financial institution unless specifically stated otherwise.

A registration may not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.

UNIT 21 GROUP serves students from India as well as students from other countries.

International students are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy any applicable passport, visa, immigration, travel, insurance, licensing, or other legal requirements necessary to attend an overseas training program.

Unless expressly included in the program package, UNIT 21 GROUP is not responsible for the student's visa, airfare, travel insurance, immigration approval, or other personal travel arrangements.

The granting or refusal of a visa is determined solely by the relevant government or immigration authority.

Access to online courses is provided electronically through the applicable learning platform or method specified at the time of purchase.

Course access is intended only for the registered student and must not be shared, resold, reproduced, distributed, recorded, copied, or made available to another person without written permission from UNIT 21 GROUP.

Course materials remain the intellectual property of UNIT 21 GROUP or the relevant content owner.

Where a program includes an assessment, examination, attendance requirement, practical evaluation, or minimum passing score, the relevant requirements must be successfully completed before a certificate may be issued.

Payment for a course does not automatically guarantee successful completion, certification, qualification, employment, licensing, or placement.

Training materials and information provided by UNIT 21 GROUP are intended for legitimate educational, professional, safety, security, and training purposes.

Students are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or jurisdiction.

Nothing provided through our courses should be interpreted as authorization to undertake any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Students attending physical or practical programs must comply with all applicable safety instructions, instructor directions, venue rules, and legal requirements.

UNIT 21 GROUP may suspend or remove a participant where the participant:

1. Creates a safety risk; 2. Engages in abusive or unlawful conduct; 3. Intentionally disregards instructor or venue safety rules; 4. Provides false information or documentation; or 5. Materially breaches these terms.

Where removal results from serious misconduct or a safety violation, the participant may not be entitled to a refund.

Course cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Customers should review these policies before completing payment.

Unless otherwise stated, all website content and course materials, including text, graphics, photographs, course structures, videos, presentations, training materials, assessments, logos, trademarks, and downloadable materials, are owned by or licensed to UNIT 21 GROUP.

No material may be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, resold, republished, or shared without prior written permission.

Our website may use third-party services such as payment processors, learning platforms, hosting providers, communication services, analytics providers, or other service providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy practices.

UNIT 21 GROUP will not be responsible for delay, rescheduling, relocation, or inability to provide a program caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, epidemic or pandemic conditions, transportation disruption, venue closure, regulatory restrictions, or similar events.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected program or provide another suitable solution.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UNIT 21 GROUP will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Personal information submitted to UNIT 21 GROUP is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
