Yet many training academies and programs focus on short-duration tactical courses that introduce skills and tactics without building the operational foundation required for real-world employment.
Unit 21 Group was founded to change that.
We are based on a professional School of Protection concept dedicated to developing competent, disciplined and employable security professionals through structured, progressive training built around operational reality — not classroom theory or social media demonstrations.
Unlike conventional academies that prioritise short-term exposure to advanced tactical subjects, our programs are designed to build complete professionals from the ground up. Every course follows a systematic learning pathway that develops technical skills, decision-making, discipline, physical readiness, communication, situational awareness and professional conduct.
Our training programs range from 5 days, 10 days, 21 days, 30 days, 42 days intensive cycles that prepare students for careers in Close Protection, High Risk Protection, Firearms Proficiency and Combat / Emergency Medicine. Training is delivered by experienced professionals using realistic scenarios, internationally accepted methodologies and performance-based assessments.
